Staying in Touch
Polyline partner, Jason DeMarco has been appointed as the AIA Hawaii Strategic Councilor for 2023-2025. In this role, with the collaboration of other members of the board, he represents statewide interests regarding the profession and practice of architecture. The AIA Hawaii State Council participates in outreaches with state legislators and communicates directly with the National AIA Board of Directors who move forward policies that encourage architecture to grow. These policies can include topics from sustainability to affordable housing to licensure.
Jason has over 20 years of experience within the AEC community working in architecture, engineering, industrial design, and facilities management. With Jason’s professional experience spanning across states and nations, he has a knack for inclusivity and an innate desire for attention to detail. As an architect, Jason is constantly questioning and delving into the unknown in hopes of efficiency and thoroughness.
