Developed in 1974, this Millilani townhome association provides homes for many friends, couples, and families. To ensure the continued happiness and safety of its residents, the AOAO has decided to embark on a journey of updates and renovations. Informed by meetings with residents and committee members, the AOAO determines what areas of work would benefit the community most which leads us to our work.

Updates on this Millilani condo association include:

• updating emergency light fixtures

• exterior paint application

• updating all stairs and ramps with ADA-compliant railings

• rewriting and synthesizing AOAO Design Guidelines
